It helps if you can straighten up as much as possible beforehand — pick up clothes, toys, and personal items. That way our cleaners can focus their time on actual cleaning rather than tidying.

Absolutely. We'd appreciate at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust our schedule. Last-minute cancellations within 12 hours of the booking time may be subject to a RM50 cancellation fee.
